Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to support and carry out the full range of HR functions within our organization. This role is hands-on and focused on execution rather than leadership or management. The HR Generalist will ensure smooth HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and assist with payroll coordination.
- Maintain and update personnel files and HR documentation in compliance with company standards and labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement activities and address day-to-day HR-related queries.
- Assist in implementing performance evaluation processes and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and provide support for audits and inspections.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide HR operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist capacity (non-managerial).
- Solid understanding of HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Amenable to work onsite in Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
Compensation: Salary is negotiable and based on experience and qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
