Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
2. Onboarding
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires by preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and supporting new employees during their transition.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and professional support.
- Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, events, and team-building activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
4. HR Administration
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate tracking of attendance, leaves, and related data.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
