Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources or a related role.
- Experience supporting multiple HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
