KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job requisitions, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating staffing needs.
    • Utilize recruitment platforms and networking strategies to find and engage top talent.
    • Maintain an active presence in professional groups and industry networks to build a talent pipeline.
    • Send timely recruitment updates and follow-ups via phone and email.
  • HR Policies & Compliance
    • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and legal standards.
    • Administer pre-employment drug tests and background checks for all employees.
  • Onboarding & Employee Records
    • Prepare and distribute offer letters and new hire paperwork for incoming employees.
    • Ensure all employee records are accurate and complete, seeking clarification when needed.
    • Provide a seamless onboarding experience with a focus on exceptional communication and candidate experience.
  • Employee Support & Engagement
    • Serve as a point of contact for routine employee and applicant inquiries.
    • Foster a positive candidate and employee experience through clear and professional communication.
  • General HR Support
    • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
    • Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned.
    • Performs other related duties and assignments as required and upon request.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
  • Knowledge of standard HR practices, employment regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
