We are looking for a highly motivated, detailed, and self-driven individual with excellent organizational skills to join our team as a Accounting Generalist. This role serves as an essential link in the company's financial chain, ensuring that transactions are entered timely and accurately, which helps maintain healthy cash flows, and contributes to the company's overall financial stability and growth.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create sales orders, initial deposit, partial delivery, and final job invoices.
- Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and bills, ensuring accurate and prompt recording.
- Track incoming payments, pursue overdue invoices, and ensure credit for outstanding memos.
- Maintain accurate financial, client, and vendor records for audits and financial management.
- Prepare accounts receivable and payable reports, and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Resolve invoice, bill, or payment discrepancies, including purchase orders and contracts.
- Use BILL to manage the AP process and enforce payment terms.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team, vendors, and suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and related field
- Proficient with NetSuite, BILL and MS Excel
- At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, order processing, or billing
- Preferably with experience in merchandising, retail, or related industries
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
