- Analyze client challenges by collecting and synthesizing organizational and employee data to uncover root issues affecting motivation and performance.
- Apply theories and methodologies from disciplines such as business management, psychology, social systems theory, and behavioral economics to craft customized consulting proposals.
- Bridge academic research with real-world insights to provide data-driven, strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients to implement motivational strategies aligned with their business goals and organizational culture.
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and training programs to support solution adoption and long-term transformation.
- Act as a central point of contact between clients and internal stakeholders to ensure project clarity and timely execution.
- Continuously evaluate and refine consulting practices based on feedback and performance outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong experience in a company offering intangible services or products (e.g., consulting, HR services, SaaS).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- A genuine interest in organizational development, motivation science, and transformative consulting work.
- Experience in startup environments or consulting firms.
- Fluency in English is required; Japanese language skills are a strong plus.
