HR Manager - Responsible for overseeing all human resource functions with the restaurant, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, payroll coordination and compliance with labor laws.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the recruitment, interviewing and hiring process for all restaurant staff positions.
- Collaborates with the hiring managers to ensure suitability of applicants.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation and training programs.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure proper documentation in compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations, address workplace issues, and ensure a healthy, respectful, and complaint work environment
- Implement and oversee disciplinary procedures and conflict resolution processes.
- Monitor staff performance, support performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.
- Promote employee engagement and organize staff development activities.
- Offers practical advice and give guidance to individuals to align performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human resource, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3-years of HR experience preferably in a restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll practices, and HR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage conflict and resolve employee relations issues.
- Ability to assess employee performance with the knowledge, skills, and ability based on the approved KPI.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, especially in a fast-paced work environment.
- Trustworthy and with high values of integrity. No bad records and integrity issues.
- This position will be assign in our (2) Restaurant branches located at Malolos Bulacan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
