We are looking to hire a human resources manager who will lead our human resources department and ensure that all human resources-related activities are carried out smoothly and effectively. As an HR Manager, you will work closely with the upper management to develop policies and strategies related to human resources. You will also need to ensure the successful implementation of the policies and strategies throughout the organization. You will be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company’s objectives.
Qualification
- With a bachelor's degree in psychology or human resource management.
- With minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Supervisor.
- With strong knowledge and experience in venturing applicants such as Drivers, Field Sales Agents, and Office Staff.
- Willing to assign at San Isidro San Fernando Pampanga.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hiring, Recruitment, Selection, and Placement
- Supervises recruitment process, including the conduct of preliminary interviews for all positions.
- Collates interview results and provides recommendations to the requisitioning Department Head based on qualifications met.
- Finalizes with management matters related to the salary and benefits offered to applicants, including terms and conditions of employment.
- Evaluate the Manpower of all employees, or as often as required.
- Reviews manpower requirements set against the approved budget.
- Schedules and conducts orientation for newly hired employees.
- Ensures government reportorial requirements for newly hired employees are complied with.
- Conducts exit interviews as required.
- Documents guidelines/procedures to improve the recruitment process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Review the existing salary structure and recommendations for alignment against the minimum wage per region.
- Recommends (with Department Heads) standardization of the salary scale
- Assists Department Heads regarding concerns on staff rates and other salary histories.
- Maintains salary history files of all employees and updates as necessary.
- Oversees the administration of benefits for various employee requests on claims, loans, and other benefits for SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig.
- Ensures that the application of government benefits is properly followed accordingly.
- Reviews guidelines on benefits administration and recommends any changes or improvements.
- Oversees the implementation of vacation and sick leave credits.
- Oversees the administration of yearly uniform issuance.
Employee Relations
- Serve Notice to Explain (NTE) and Final Decision Memo (FDM) to all employees.
- Address employees work-related questions and concerns.
- Ensures all documentation of ongoing cases is intact.
- Reviews with legal changes/updates in employment contracts and appointments.
- Ensures updates on Labor Laws and other mandatory laws are secured through DOLE and other government agencies.
- Attends Labor Cases of erring employees as the need arises.
Performance Evaluation
- Ensures implementation of performance evaluation review of employees as scheduled.
- Assists other departments regarding performance review of their staff.
Training and Development
- Confirms approved external training of employees per department as required.
- Conducts internal training to all employees as needed or requested by the department head.
Administrative/Documentations
- Responsible for the formulation and implementation of personnel policies.
- Plans, directs and coordinates the activities of the human resources department.
- Create and update Job Descriptions for each employee's position and designation.
- Maintain an active list of employees' headcount (Masterlist).
- Authorized to approve procedural manuals in administration and HR.
- Authorized to approve any circulars or memoranda related to administration and HR.
- Responsible for any changes in company policy that would be beneficial to both the company and its employees as a whole.
- Directs staff on the filing of all personnel records, including records management of inactive/active 201 files, government files, and applications among others.
- Monitoring of company-provided equipment such as company vehicles, laptops, cellphones, etc.
Housekeeping / Utility
- Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of all areas in our company premises.
- Scheduling of fixtures and other mandatory cleanings (ex: airconditionings)
Company Events
- Coordinates with the management on company-sponsored activities (Christmas parties, company outings, team building, sports fest, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
