We’re Hiring: HR Manager! Netlink Voice is looking for a high-performing HR Manager to join our growing organization and help shape the future of our team! Work Location: Onsite at Lanco Corporate Building, Bajada

Department: Human Resources Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices
- Manage HR systems, employee records, and payroll coordination
- Provide coaching and guidance to both management and staff
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
- At least 2-3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a BPO or fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
- Solid understanding of labor laws, HR software/tools, and best practices
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters
