The HR Officer we are looking for shall be in charge of talent acquisition and employee relations.
JOB OBJECTIVE:
- Ensure seamless operations of station / store / department by bridging manpower gaps while implementing approved recruiting and hiring process within the set turnaround time;
- Be an agent of positive change by directly working on infractions guided by prescribed due process.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Establish and maintain a reliable source of candidates for employment;
· Conducts initial screening/interview of applicant;
· Coordinates interview schedule of candidates and monitors result;
· Ensures that the candidate for employment has submitted all pre-employment documents;
· Conducts background investigation / reference checks prior to onboarding;
· Ensures that the applicant is medically qualified for employment;
· Prepares “pre-employment kit” containing, the Employment Contract, ATM/Bank account opening, confidentiality and Non-Compete Contract, company manual, etc;
· Ensures physical files are systematically filed and complete;
· Maintains and updates Masterfile weekly;
· Prepares status report on the personnel recruitment of the requesting department supervisor/head;
· Monitors and documents ops employee movements such as change in employment status, transfer of workbase, promotion, etc. and ensures supporting documents are complete;
· Tracks probationary employment and triggers performance evaluation by reminding immediate superiors;
· Encodes new employees in HRIS and updates information as needed;
· Works on scheduling New Hire’s Orientation for Operations Personnel;
. Processes incident reports and conduct through investigation prior to recommending reasonable corrective action;
. Drafts notices such as Notice to Explain (NTE) and Notice of Corrective Action (NCA);
· Submits required reports on time.
· Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- With at least 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Records Management and documentation
- Male or Female
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or related field of study
- Good understanding of basic provisions contained in the Labor Code of the Philippines;
- Basic knowledge in statutory benefits, processes and its actual implementation.
- Good MS Office skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills;
- Keen attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and time management;
- Can work well under pressure
- Willing to work for extended hours, if needed
- Willing to travel and do fieldworks
