The HR Officer is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, training, payroll, and employee relations. This role ensures the effective administration of HR policies and procedures, compliance with labor laws, and the maintenance of accurate employee records. The HR Officer will leverage their experience and expertise to support managers and employees, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
AUTHORITIES:
1. Manage the recruitment and hiring process.
2. Develop and implement training and development programs.
3. Administer payroll and benefits.
4. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality.
5. Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters.
6. Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
2. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
3. Administer payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax reporting.
4. Manage employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and leave administration.
5. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
6. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
7. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
9. Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback.
10. Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data.
