Job Description
Work hand-in-hand with the Recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
Prepare appointment papers and employment contracts for new hires.
Collect, check, and file pre-employment requirements
Coordinate with the Learning and Development team for onboarding and orientation schedules.
Maintain and update 201 File in both physical and digital formats.
Monitor probationary periods of new hires.
Work closely with the Performance Management team to gather and review performance appraisal forms and schedule panel interviews of new hires.
Provide support in other HR functions as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course
At least one year experience in the same role
