Position: HR Operational Flow Administrator
(Full-Time Permanent Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
With rotating weekend shifts: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Benefits: Paid Time Off after 3-month probation
Performance reviews on the 3rd and 6th month

System Requirements:
Personal laptop with at least 4GB RAM
Stable internet connection (minimum 25mbps) with backup internet
Noise-cancelling headset
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field
Experience in US healthcare or medical setting is a strong advantage
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be available to work US business hours
Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure employees and offices are following standard business operations procedure.
Communicate, check and update attendances of the scheduled employees.
Get any concerns in the facility, urgent supplies need, equipment fixing needed and relay to the management or person in-charge.
Maintain Facility Logbooks.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
