"APPLICANTS MUST HAVE PRIOR RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE "
1. Assists the HRMDO Manager HRMDO Assistant Manager in performing the following functions:
1.1 Developing and administering human resource policies and programs;
1.2 Providing assistance to Line Management in dealing with resource problems;
1.3 Evaluating human resource performance;
1.4 Identifying human resource training needs;
1.5 Implementation of human resource trainings and other upgrading programs
2. Manages the 201 file of all College personnel;
3. Monitors the attendance and punctuality of all employees including the applications for leave of
absence;
4. Ensures that the provisions of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 or RA 10173 are implemented or
observed at all times.
5. Implements and maintains the Quality Management and System in his/her level; and
6. Performs any other tasks as may be assigned by the HRMDO Manager,HRMDO Asst. Manager or by the College President.
