Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR account management, document controller or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, providing timely resolutions.
HR Service Delivery:
- Oversee the smooth flow of documentation in HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Strategic HR Planning:
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with their business goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends and best practices.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Ensure the monitoring and updating of all documentation involved in all process of HR services.
- Prepare and present reports to clients on HR initiatives, progress, and outcomes.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
