Job Overview
Reignite Cyber Solutions Inc. is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist / Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably working with U.S.-based clients, and a strong background in client acquisition and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S.-based clients on HR-related matters
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and engagement
- Promote our services through various channels and platforms to attract new business
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Provide regular updates and reports on client acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
- Stay current with HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, with exposure to U.S.-based clients preferred
- Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proven experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and teamwork
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using various communication and CRM tools
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
