We are seeking a high-performing US Recruiter to join our on-site Talent Acquisition team in the Philippines. This role is critical to supporting high-impact internal hiring across the United States—primarily in New Jersey, New York and surrounding East Coast regions—with a focus on strategic roles in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Account Management, and Leadership (Manager to Director level).
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for high impact roles. We're looking for a plug-and-play recruiter—someone who can hit the ground running, deliver exceptional quality hires within defined Turnaround Times (TATs), and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end internal U.S. recruitment for mid-to-senior-level positions in EST/CST/PST time zones.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
- Source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of critical roles across multiple departments.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality hires in alignment with hiring goals and TAT expectations.
- Stay agile to shifting business needs and changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of execution.
- Track recruiting metrics and meet or exceed performance targets.
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in U.S. recruitment, preferably focused on East Coast hiring.
- Proven success in hiring for support/enabling functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Account Management, and Leadership roles (Manager to Director level).
- Strong command of sourcing tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and familiarity with any local US job portals and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Willing to work 100% onsite and available to work night shift (EST hours).
- Results-oriented, target-driven, and comfortable in a metrics-focused environment.
- Strong adaptability to shifting recruitment needs and business directions.
