- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new hires.
- Prepare and maintain employee records such as 201 files, contracts, and government documents.
- Monitor daily time records, leaves, absences, and attendance using the company's timekeeping system.
- Assist in processing government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and employee benefits.
- Facilitate orientation and training for newly hired employees.
- Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
- Assist in handling employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with payroll for attendance-related matters and other payroll inputs.
- Perform other administrative or HR-related duties as assigned.
