Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with manufacturing standards
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure DOLE compliance and manage government reportorial requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag IBIG, etc.)
- Conduct regular training and development programs to upskill the workforce
- Lead performance evaluation cycles and succession planning
- Maintain labor standards and support internal audits
- Promote employee safety, health, and welfare in coordination with safety officers
- Gross Report
- CDC Monthly Report
- SMR Report
- Uploading Payroll
- PERMITS
- ATM ENROLLMENT
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1 to 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and timekeeping/payroll systems

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
