- Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Development.
- With at Least One (1) year in Human Resource work such as; Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Training
- Responsible in maintaining equitable pay for various positions in the region following prescribed standards and procedures via company's compensation policies and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Willing to multitask and can work under pressure on fast phase recruitment
- Willing to travel Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
