We are looking for a Project Based HR Staff member to assist our Human Resources team during a busy operational period. The ideal candidate will provide support in various HR functions such as recruitment coordination, employee data management, onboarding, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating with candidates
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including document collection and orientation setup
- Help maintain and organize employee records (both digital and paper-based)
- Update HR databases and ensure data accuracy
- Assist in coordinating training sessions and HR events
- Provide administrative support in payroll processing and leave tracking
- Respond to employee inquiries or direct them to the appropriate HR personnel
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive HR information
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 years course
- Previous experience in HR is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information responsibly

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
