Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee both HR Administration and HR Development functions, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly while fostering employee growth and development.
HR Administration Responsibilities
Employee Records Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are integrated effectively into the company.
Employee Relations:
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive workplace environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
HR Development Responsibilities
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other training initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
Performance Management:
- Implement performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers in setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
Succession Planning:
- Develop and maintain succession plans for key positions.
- Identify and groom high-potential employees for leadership roles.
Career Development:
- Provide career counseling and development opportunities for employees.
- Create individual development plans to support career growth.
Organizational Development:
- Lead change management initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement organizational strategies.
