The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Manager supports business needs and ensures the proper implementation of company strategies and objectives. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Must have at least HR Supervisor or managerial experience
- Solid understanding of labor laws, payroll, and employment relations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
