JOB OBJECTIVE:
The HR Team Leader assist the HR & Admin Manager in ensuring that the Recruitment, Organizational Development and Employee Relations deliverables are me based on the standard and procedure of the company. Responsible in payroll processing as well as the asset management of the company. She is also responsible in ensuring thayt all employees are religiously abiding the policies and procedures set by the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Recruitment
1. Responsible in providing manpower requirement for the company
2. Ensures 100% manpower based on the company’s approved plantilla.
3. Ensures compliance to standard recruitment procedures and employee qualifications.
B. Organizational Development (Business Unit)
1. Recommends relevant trainings/ program relevant to the organization.
2. Ensure that all newly hired employees undergone employee orientation and must have training schedule prior to deployment. And to make sure, training schedule are being followed and implemented.
3. Ensure compliance on EDF and PMS management.
C. Employee Relations
1. Ensures implementation of company policies by the employees and confers proper attention to violators.
2. Provide disciplinary actions to violators.
3. Assist HR Manager in all company activities involving employees like Sport Fest, Christmas Party and others.
D. Policies and Procedures Implementation
1. Ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures based on
2. Existing company’s code of conduct
3. Update HRIS for attendance management, payroll process and employee records.
E. Admin
1. Ensures payroll compliance based on company standard.
2. Ensures complete and on time update of HRIS.
3. Follow through with HRTL with on-site asset management.
F. Performs other tasks assigned by the HRM, if deemed necessary.
