HR and Admin Assistant
Key Responsibilities
ADMINISTRATIVE & EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
- Serve as the executive admin to the CEO—managing schedules, coordinating internal and external communications, and confidential documentation
- Manage office operations, permits, contracts, and document filing systems
- Maintain internal controls for access, records, and company confidentiality
HUMAN RESOURCES
- Oversee employee 201 files, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits enrollment (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Implement and update the employee handbook, company policies, and compliance protocols
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Coordinate with external HR and legal advisors as needed
LEGAL, COMPLIANCE & PERMITS
- Ensure all business permits, BIR filings, SEC docs, FDA product notifications, and other licenses are complete and up to date
- Prepare and maintain compliance calendars and manage renewals
- Handle confidentiality agreements, legal correspondences, and audit preparations
- Work with third-party compliance agencies or consultants when necessary
RETAIL, ECOMMERCE & OPERATIONAL COORDINATION
- Coordinate Watsons, SM, and retail partner requirements (invoicing, contract renewals, SKU submissions)
- Manage logins, documentation, and compliance for ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.)
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and franchisees for documentations, contracts, and records
- Track and manage external partnerships and internal operational support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Legal Management, or related fields
- Proven experience working with executives and handling confidential information
- Highly organized, independent, and reliable
- Proficient in GSuite, MS Office, HRIS, and basic accounting tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
