Overview
As a key member of the Human Resources (HR) team, you will work closely with the broader HR team to deliver on a range of topical initiatives…
- You will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of change initiatives, delivery of key projects as well as the day-to-day HR operations.
- You shall be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees & management in several lines of business channels.
- You will assess HR-related needs in line with CreditCorp Inc’s business by maintaining a high and effective level of business literacy utilizing systemic strategies.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders across all areas of HR including performance management, recruitment, retention and engagement. Analyses trends and metrics in partnership with the Country HR Manager to develop recommendations, suggest programs and possible solutions.
- Provide support and strategies that aims to foster effective employee engagement.
- Establishing strong relationships and engaging with key stakeholders, across different functions and positions within the business.
- Participate and contribute as a change agent in line with the businesses growth and strategies. Together with the Country HR Manager, work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase engagement, increase productivity and retention.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform HR strategy and ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages. Utilize the acquired information to build on retention and process improvement initiatives
- Identify, understand and support the business using data-driven studies and recommend or provide a systematic approach or resolution
- Provide HR advice, direction and consultation to the business and making sound decisions and flexibility towards site and team dynamics and operational productivity
- Implement discipline management and ensure that due process is followed in compliance with both the Philippine labor laws and company-specific guidelines and Client-specific policies.
- Enable the Exit Management Process by ensuring separating employees undergo a rigid and proper exit process and complete specific requirements.
- Point of contact for employee concerns, including necessary documentation and certifications and applying consultative problem-solving skills.
- Conducts and facilitates HR-related enablement sessions to ensure that employees are kept updated as well as informed on the latest policies, guidelines, and systems in use essential to the completion of the employee’s work.
- Oversees and reviews employee movement documentation to ensure accuracy in records and that employees are updated on their new movements and/or status within the organization.
- Ensure that all HR-related deliverables, documentation, and action items are submitted, filed, and/or processed within a prescribed period, but not limited to Labor Law standards, all forms of internal and external audits, and/or government-mandated directives.
- Handle or escalate complaints or questions regarding discrepancies. Manage input of bonuses, incentives, and/or deductions.
Ensures that all HR-related service level agreements (SLAs) and/or prescribed deadlines are met within the specified timelines.
In order to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
- 5-7 years HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
- Solid skills and experience with employee relations as well as formulating and implementing effective employee engagement activities.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred) and HR platforms
- Experience in driving organizational development and managing change initiatives
- Working knowledge of multiple human resources areas such as compensation and benefits, performance management, payroll, etc.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in an intelligible, common sense manner to a broad audience as well as listen and interpret stakeholder needs to ensure their requirements are met
- Excellent communication both in oral and written with exceptional interpersonal skill.
- Ability to conduct interesting and well- received presentation skills.
- A genuine team player with a flair for fostering good camaraderie among members.
- Driven to complete assignments in a timely manner with a great sense of initiative, responsibility and accountability.
- Pragmatic, Flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, DOLE, Health & Safety and HR best practice
- Willing to be assigned in any shift schedule including critical working days as required.
- Willing to work onsite in our Ayala Makati office
