Clean-X Ph Service Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources staff member to join our HR team. The candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and general HR administrative tasks. This role is vital in supporting our employees and maintaining efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and background checks
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
- Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate employee records
- Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
- Support payroll processes and compliance with labor laws
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in HR or administrative roles is an advantage
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
