Responsibilities:
- Point of Contact in all HR related concern and issues;
- Support the recruitment process for replacement of outsourced and organic warehouse work force;
- Vendor management
- Time keeping management
- Events management
- Procurement tasks as needed
- General affairs tasks, monitor lease agreements, warehouse operations supplies
Requirements:
· University graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any business-related 4-year course
· Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a similar role with strengths in general admin and HR administration
· Proficient in using Microsoft office – Excel in advanced level.
· Must be highly organized, proactive, inquisitive, detailed/meticulous and able to work independently
· With excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
· Must be willing to work in Santa Rosa, Laguna
