Human Resources Business Partner - Assistant Manager
The Human Resources Business Partner Support role provides strategic and operational assistance across key HR functions to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure timely and efficient hiring aligned with SLAs.
- Support recruitment strategies that align with workforce planning and talent needs.
- Implement and utilize Talent Acquisition dashboard reports to ensure efficient and accurate reporting.
2. Employee Relations & Case Management
- Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and recommend solutions that enhance morale and productivity.
- Monitor and document employee concerns, ensuring fair and timely resolution in line with company policies.
3. Compensation & Benefits Support
- Assist in compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and benefits analysis to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Support the implementation of rewards and recognition programs that drive performance and retention.
4. HR Budget & Cost Monitoring
- Track employment costs and HR-related expenditures.
- Support budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation for HR initiatives.
5. Organizational & People Capability Building
- Assist HRBPs in executing workforce planning, talent development, and leadership engagement programs.
- Help implement culture-building and employee engagement initiatives aligned with business goals.
6. People Management & Development
- Support the development and execution of strategic people plans for business units.
- Assist in crafting and implementing customized development plans for key talents and leaders.
7. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ethics, and company policies.
- Coordinate with Shared Services to resolve employee inquiries and HR transactions efficiently.
- Support expatriate employees with local employment requirements and HR processes.
8. Employer Branding
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through consistent employee experience and engagement strategies.
- Support initiatives that enhance the organization’s reputation and attract top talent.
