Job Description:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR / Admin functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the team and process existing company benefits as necessary in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Assists in Government Mandated Benefits - SSS, Philhealth & HDMF
- Assists in processing pre-employment requirements of candidates;
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Assists in maintenance of 201 files and other HR-related documents.
- Perform other admin-related tasks as may be assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent;
- At least 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience for those who have worked in Human Resources.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task and good time management skills;
- Keen attention to details;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
- Successful applicant must be willing to work onsite.

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
