Edisons Group of Companies Inc. is seeking a talented Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive HR support, including hiring, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
- Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives to continuously improve our employee experience
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Employee Relations role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
- Capable of handling and processing employee grievances and due process procedure
- Proficient in HR software and data analysis, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a client-centric approach
- Solid understanding of Philippine labour laws and regulations
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
