DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation and Meetings:
- Conceptualizes strategies to build a pipeline of leads using different channels (social media, personal contacts, events, etc.)
- Collaborates closely with marketing to create campaigns, content, insights to targeted companies and leaders
- Calls potential leads (warm/cold) and clients to identify needs and generate interest
- Meets with prospective clients to present TalentView solutions
- Creates presentation decks and collaterals aligned to the needs of the potential client.
- Records client inquiries, objections, next steps, etc
Negotiation and Closings of Sales:
- Prepares proposals that reflect the needs of the prospective client to close accounts
- Prepares business value case studies for leads and existing clients by using questioning techniques and online research
- Formulates scope of services, pricing strategies, and length of services that exceed client needs while maintaining profitability
- Manages and follow-ups all sales opportunities in the pipeline through email, call, LinkedIN, and other available channels
- Analyzes and prioritizes carefully the business opportunities to pursue
- Aligns unique selling propositions and differentiators using industry and competitor knowledge
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurial Management, Advertising, Communications or another related course
- With two (2) to five (5) years of related work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, customer-focused, sales, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams.
