Interior Design Sales Specialist

Role Summary:
As an Interior Design Sales Specialist, your role blends design expertise with client service. You’ll assist walk-in clients at the showroom, help them find the perfect rug for their space, and provide tailored recommendations. You’ll also be assigned key accounts such as interior designers, architects, and developers to handle both residential and commercial rug needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients in the showroom with product knowledge and personalized design suggestions.
- Analyze space requirements and recommend appropriate rugs based on size, texture, color, and style.
- Work with architectural and design firms to fulfill project-based rug requirements.
- Use CRM and other digital tools to track leads, generate quotes, and follow up on sales.
- Maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure high-level customer experience.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams.
- Represent the DECOLIVING brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome)
- Confident communicator with a strong eye for design and detail
- Comfortable using digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Workspace, Photoshop, basic design software)
- Willing to work showroom hours including weekends and holidays
- Energetic, people-oriented, and customer-service focused
- Male or female candidates welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
