We’re Hiring: Sales and Marketing Assistant
(for Flooring and Wall Finishes)
Industry: Interior Design / Architecture / Sales
Location: Pacific Avenue, Parañaque (near PITX, Okada)
Work Setup: Combination of WFH, office work, and site visits
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half-day; flexible depending on project/site requirements)
About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team in the flooring and interior finishes. If you have a passion for design, architecture, and sales, this is your chance to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via online platforms and email
- Conduct site visits and inspections
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities
- Submit quotations and follow up with clients
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the scope of work
- Prepare and follow up on project billing and collections
- Hand over completed projects to clients
Qualifications:
- College graduate
- At least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in interior design or architecture)
- Comfortable with fieldwork (client visits and site meetings)
- Able to present products/services and lead client meetings
- Strong coordination and time management skills
- Flexible working hours and can work under pressure
- Confident in dealing with professionals and contractors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (Canva or Photoshop a plus)
- Punctual, dependable, and proactive
- Team player with a positive, outgoing attitude
- Eager to learn and grow within the company
