Cargo Inspector / Inventory Clerk

Job Overview:
We’re looking for someone reliable and detail-oriented to help with checking and monitoring the loading of goods. As a Cargo Liaison / Inventory Clerk, your job is to make sure that all items are correctly counted, properly loaded, and safely handled. You’ll also help make sure that the paperwork matches the actual items being delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Count and inspect goods before and after loading.
- Make sure everything is complete and in good condition.
- Monitor Loading: Help ensure items are stacked properly and secured to avoid damage during delivery.
- Review Paperwork: Double-check transmittal and delivery documents.
- Report any differences or issues in records.
- Create Inspection Reports: Write simple reports about what was checked and any problems noticed.
- Coordinate with Teams: Work with drivers, warehouse staff, sales agents, and supervisors to keep everything smooth and organized
Qualifications:
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or cargo inspection is highly required.
- Can work well with others and follow procedures.
- Has very good attention to detail and can spot errors or damage.
- Familiarity with safety practices for handling and loading cargo.
- Good experience with Microsoft Excel (with formulas) and using company ERP system for inventory tracking and logistics coordination.
