Inventory Management:
- Monitor daily usage and stock levels of farm inputs and consumables.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through manual logs and digital systems.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data.
- Track input expiration dates and initiate timely usage or disposal.
Farm Operations Support:
- Coordinate with farm supervisors to forecast material needs based on production plans.
- Ensure timely replenishment of inputs to prevent delays in operations.
- Monitor issuance and return of farm tools and equipment.
- Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory practices for inputs.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory usage and stock level reports.
- Document losses, wastage, and discrepancies with root cause analysis.
- Maintain records of deliveries, consumption, and internal transfers.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials in line with farm safety protocols.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards for all inventory areas.
Assist in audits and inspections by providing accurate inventory data.
Work and professional experience required
- Graduate of Agriculture, Agribusiness, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in inventory or logistics, preferably in a farm or agricultural setting.
- Proficient in Excel and/or inventory software tools.
- Familiarity with farm input management and agricultural workflows is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
