As Invoice Processing Analyst you’ll be the go-to for keeping our invoice workflows smooth and error-free. From daily invoice runs to matching and approvals, your accuracy and speed will keep everything on track. It’s a detail-heavy role with real impact—perfect for someone who thrives on structure and process.
What You'll Be Doing::
- Invoice Processing Tasks: Receive, scan, code, and route invoices for coding and approvals.
- Matching: Perform two- and three-way matching on invoices with purchase orders.
- Non-Routine Issues: Handle exceptions and non-standard requests efficiently.
- Performance Targets: Ensure all assigned tasks are completed according to defined performance metrics.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to process enhancement initiatives within the team.
- Daily invoicing of customer car hires — approximately 2,000 invoices per month
- Process different types of invoices:
- Credit Hire
- 1st Party Hire
- Insurance
- Private Hire
- ACM Hires
- Retail Hires
- Handle invoice amendment requests
- Manage the invoicing task list
- Oversee the ‘To Be Invoiced’ report
- Oversee the Reservation Due Closed report
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in invoice processing or a similar finance/admin role
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
- Strong attention to detail, especially in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with invoice types such as credit hire, insurance, ACM, and private hire
- Proficient in 2- and 3-way matching of invoices
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable managing data-heavy tasks and collaborating across teams
