About the Role
We are looking for a IT HEAD to join our client’s team in Taytay City. This role is ideal for someone who will lead the organization’s technology strategy, infrastructure, systems, and digital transformation initiatives. This role oversees IT operations, cybersecurity, systems development, and ensures that all technology solutions align with business objectives. The IT Head provides visionary leadership to enhance efficiency, security, and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and applications.
- Ensure data security, compliance with regulations, and protection against cyber threats.
- Manage IT infrastructure to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Establish IT policies, standards, and best practices for the organization.
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relationships, and contracts.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and performance management to the IT team.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify technology-driven opportunities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and assess their potential business value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in IT leadership roles (e.g., IT Manager, IT Director, CTO).
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with cloud computing, ERP/CRM systems, and digital transformation projects.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and cross-functional projects.
