The_ IT Manager_ is responsible for the efficient management, design, administration and maintenance of the Hotel’s network systems and its database WITH THE LIMITS OF established guidelines, standards and procedures of the Hotel vis-à-vis acceptable industry practices IN ORDER TO achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by maximizing the performance of the network systems and ensuring the security, safety and integrity of the database.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
a. Graduate of Computer Engineering or any IT related degree course;
b. At least five (5) years of related work experience, two (2) years of which in systems administration in a senior supervisory or managerial capacity in the hospitality industry;
c. Hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance and configuration of Fidelio systems and/or any related systems applications
d. Technically equipped to address programming, network maintenance and other related issues in systems administration.
e. Strong leadership potentials and skilled in negotiations.
f. Above average written and oral communications
