Job Title: " IT Project Manager"
Work Setup: Hybrid, 3 days RTO per week
Work Location: Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong
Contract Duration: 6 months initial Contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate preventive compliance oversight for critical, high-risk, or cross-functional projects.
- Join project planning and review meetings to identify early-stage risks and provide mitigation strategies.
- Perform documentation reviews, architecture checkpoint support, and audit-preparedness reviews.
- Collaborate closely with Solutions Architect and Analysts to ensure project design aligns with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Maintain governance processes including RAID logs, escalation paths, and compliance reporting structures.
- Communicate project health, risk status, and recommendations directly to senior management and the Office of the President.
- Assist in defining preventive compliance frameworks and methodologies for broader implementation.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of IT Project Management experience, preferably handling enterprise-level, regulated, or large-scale banking projects.
- Proven experience in risk identification, governance, and preventive compliance functions.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Familiarity with RAID logs, risk registers, and governance frameworks in BFSI settings.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus (not mandatory).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, compliance units, and executive leadership.
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated sectors is highly preferred.
