Educational Background:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
· With IT certifications a plus but not required
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
· Experience with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
· Knowledge of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
· Familiarity with system security (firewalls, antivirus, data protection).
· Experience with Active Directory, Office 365 administration, and backup systems.
Work Experience:
· At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
· Experience in handling help desk tickets or IT support requests.
Soft Skills:
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Other Requirements:
· Able to lift and install computer hardware (e.g., desktops, servers, networking devices).
· Good documentation habits for system changes, setups, and incidents.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
