DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Core Insurance System (GENIISYS) support functions based on provided training of Department Head.
- Monitor and assess reported issues, concerns, and clarifications with the ITM Core System Request Portal and coordinate with end users, department head and external system support team as needed.
- Handle Core Insurance System (GENIISYS) configurable document revision and updates and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Sign off from respective end user group, department head.
- Develop internal recording systems like IT equipment inventory, Viewing of LAG accounts with Client Info that will allow monitoring of records and transaction in a secure way.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in BS Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent.
- With at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
- With work experience or seminars / certificates in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
- Ability to evaluate critical systems, prioritize work, and determine solutions.
- Knowledge in Non-Life Insurance Support / Operations and Accounting will be a plus.
