We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and provide technical assistance to users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring system efficiency, and assisting with IT-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Assist with software updates, system maintenance, and backups.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement new technologies and improvements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office, networking, and troubleshooting IT systems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for assisting non-technical users.
- Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent.
