The IT System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that align with business objectives. This role involves evaluating existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to optimize performance and efficiency. The IT System Analyst works closely with stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to ensure systems meet the needs of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and project plans.
- Ensure that system designs align with business goals and objectives.
- Lead and coordinate system implementation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Provide ongoing support to users, addressing technical problems and providing solutions.
- Prepare reports on system performance, project progress, and other relevant metrics.
- Recommend and implement new technologies or processes to improve system efficiency. (SAP, ERP & ATS)
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a System Analyst, IT Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience with system development life cycle (SDLC) and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, databases, and software applications.
- Proficiency in system analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
