Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintains smooth workflow in the operation by overseeing the preparation/production processes.
- Manages manpower by delegating tasks and monitoring the schedule to fulfill customer requirements and meet the targets.
- Identifies and implements process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
- Interprets and analyzes the preparation/production data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase the production efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitates corrective measures to all malfunction machineries and equipment and collaborates the issues with concerned department.
- Provides direction and oversees technical training on the proper use of equipment and monitor the compliance with equipment safety handling procedures.
- Establishes and communicates the job expectations and appraises the job performance of the production staff.
- Maintains safety work environment by enforcing safety rules and regulations in the operation.
- Prepare reports for the preparation/production performance and progress and present them to immediate Head.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably Engineering Course
- With at least 1 year experience handling Boiler Machine
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience preferably in a manufacturing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Mabalacat City, Pampanga
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
