As a Junior Executive Assistant, you will be an essential pillar in supporting the executives in the real estate industry in Australia while offering comprehensive administrative assistance. Your role directly contributes to the organisational efficiency and the success of their leadership team.


Responsibilities


  • Prepare, edit, format, and refine various documents, including correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Social media management
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and files
  • Provide data entry, research and analysis support
  • Process mapping support
  • Handle correspondence and manage emails for executives
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar of executives
  • Organise travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing, or any relevant degree
  • Demonstrated experience in executive assistance, office administration, or similar roles
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Knowledgeable in social media

  • Writes and speaks fluent conversational English
