Position Summary
As a Junior HR Generalist, you’ll support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee record management, HR reporting, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow in all facets of human resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 months of HR-related internship or work experience (preferred)
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, candidate screening, coordinating interviews)
- Support onboarding activities including orientation and paperwork
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
- Aid in preparing HR-related reports (attendance, turnover, metrics)
- Support employee engagement efforts and internal communication initiatives
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR functions
- Participate in HR projects and special initiatives as assigned
