Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support our Hub Operations. This role will focus on coordinating Hub data activities, providing actionable insights, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be capable of identifying and escalating discrepancies, risks, and issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, organized, and collaborative—comfortable navigating a matrixed, fast-paced environment while engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Insights
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and performance data across Hubs.
- Collaborate with the Intelligent Automation team to develop and maintain reports and dashboards that support decision-making for Hub Leaders and functional stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and recommend data-backed improvement actions.
- Continuous Improvement
- Proactively identify and escalate discrepancies, risks, and issues as they arise
- Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover inefficiencies and operational pain points.
- Recommend and support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Track and evaluate the impact of improvements using defined KPIs.
- Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Lead the coordination, validation, and consolidation of Hub data (Hub Metrics) on a recurring basis.
- Ensure alignment and clear communication with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Manage documentation, timelines, and action trackers to drive timely completion of deliverables.
- Act as a dependable point of contact to support seamless execution across Hub projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Fully experienced professional individual contributor with 4 -8 years of relevant experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse functions and locations.
- Comfortable working in a matrixed, and global team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident working with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Clear and effective communicator
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
