About the Role
Alphaland Balesin Island Club, Inc. is seeking a skilled Training Manager to lead our learning and development programs. You will design and deliver impactful training focused on leadership, soft skills, and performance management. Your role is key in building a strong learning culture and developing future leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a company-wide training strategy
- Deliver programs in leadership, communication, and performance management
- Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate program impact
- Manage, coach, and grow a team of trainers and facilitators
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and training tools
- Track training metrics and report on ROI
- Align training initiatives with business goals
- Lead succession planning and team development efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in training or talent development
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and project management skills
- Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
- Must be amenable to be assigned at Alphaland Balesin Island Club, Polilio Islands

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
