Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers online with travel bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate and timely information on flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Handle customer concerns via email, chat, or ticketing platforms.
- Follow company procedures and ensure compliance with service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school graduate (K-12), college level, or graduate.
- No experience required – open to newbies and first-time job seekers.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer-focused.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
- Willing to work onsite and follow set schedules.
